Please help us kick-off the new sailing season at the Breakwater on Friday. April 14 from 5-7 pm.  There will be appetizers, registration help, new LMSC apparel to check out, and cash bar.  Sign up on the website and see the event email coming out soon.  Event registration will be $10. 

Plus, we are excited to have a special guest, Eric Bussell, of sailboatinstructor.com!  Eric is a Flying Scot sailor.  He and his dad were instrumental in building the Clinton Lake (IL) Scot fleet from nothing to almost 20 boats. He’ll tell us about his new website and instructional videos and share a few stories about the US SAILING award he received last month. 

We will also have some discussion on a potential new guest sailor program to grow the membership.  But we need your help and input.  Also, if you know of any sailors looking for a fleet to join for this upcoming season, please spread the word about our wonderful club!  

You can also check out the new LMSC polos and/or long sleeve T’s, which can be customized by size, color, type (men’s or women’s). The exact pricing will depend on the number but the estimate is $35 for the polos and $25 for the long sleeve T’s.
